Ferrari

Ferrari is to Grand Prix racing what the Yankees are to baseball. Ferrari is F1 racing. They have contested every grand prix race of the modern era (from 1950 to the present day). They have won more drivers championships and more constructors championships than anyone else. Quite simply the best there is.

Williams BMW

Williams F1 (formerly Williams Grand Prix Engineering) was founded in 1977 by Frank Williams and Patrick Head. They set up base in a small industrial unit at Station Road in Didcot, Oxfordshire, and with a staff of only 17 set about the task of preparing to enter into competition in Formula One. Williams was four times Constructors World Champion during the 1980s as well as winning championships with Damon Hill and Villeneuve in the 90's.

McLaren Mercedes

The McLaren Formula One team is rich in heritage, having been formed in 1963 by New Zealander Bruce McLaren. The team scored their first F1 race win in 1968. The team continued his legacy, winning races in Formula One and expanding into Indy and Can-Am Racing. So far the team has notched up 137 Grand Prix victories, 11 F1 Drivers' World Championships, and 8 F1 Constructors' World Championships.

Renault

Louis and Marcel Renault were among motor racing's true pioneers, and in 1899, they took their historic first victory in the Paris to Trouville road race, and it was just the beginning of a motorsport odyssey. Renault has won 6 World Championships, but all of them as an engine supplier. Victory with a 100% Renault team is a challenge that remains to be met. It is only a matter of time before Renault F1 writes the next piece of history…

Sauber Petronas

In the tranquil town of Hinwil in the highlands of Zürich, there is a state of the art Formula One centre where the Sauber race cars are built. These high tech racing machines have been competing in the Formula One World Championship since 1993. Between 1993 and 2002, team Sauber took part in 163 Grands Prix. In this time, 13 drivers won a total of 122 World Championship points.

Jordan Ford

Jordan Grand Prix is known as the colorful, high profile team of F1, shaped by the character of its leader, Eddie Jordan, and now entering its thirteenth year of competing at the top level of motorsport. Jordan has disrupted the domination of the sport's elite by breaking the stranglehold of the few teams which have won races in recent years. The team has brought a new dynamic to the sport, founded on entrepreneurship and a lean structure, to challenge long-established rivals for success on the track while providing unparalleled access to the action for sponsors, media and fans.

Jaguar

Jaguar Racing extends a long and distinguished motorsport tradition with its entry into the Formula One World Championship. The company has been involved in motorsport since it was founded in 1922. Seven times it has won the world's toughest endurance race at Le Mans, been World Sports Car Champions three times and in 1956 won both Le Mans and the Monte Carlo Rally ... the same year.

BAR Honda

B.A.R entered into the Formula 1 World Championship in 1999. As a new team, The team suffered the usual teething problems during its first season, but by 2002 there was positive progress with both Jacques Villeneuve and Olivier Panis scoring top six finishes. The team's state-of-the art factory is in Brackley, Northants, England, located only six miles from Silverstone, the home of the British Grand Prix. B.A.R has exclusive use of 'works' Honda V10 engines. Honda has an enviable history in F1 having taken 11 FIA Drivers' and Constructors' Championships titles during its second spell in F1 between 1983 and 1992.

Minardi

Founded in 1979, with the aim of competing in the European Formula Two Championship, the Minardi Team made its debut in Formula One in 1985. Minardi's best season to date was 1991, when its effective, Ferrari-powered chassis allows the team to claim seventh place in the World Constructors' Championship standings. With a strengthened technical team and sponsorship package in place, Minardi is poised to take its next step on the all-important journey to increased competitiveness.

Toyota

Toyota has always relished challenge, and its entry into Formula One is no exception building the entire car themselves. The engine, chassis, gearbox, suspension, brakes are all designed and built in-house by Panasonic Toyota Racing.
